The FBI reported the top 5 crimes in order as Phishing, Personal Data Breach, Non-Payment/Non-Delivery, Extortion and Investment Scams.

Common Scams: Phishing emails look legitimate and aim to convince you to take action by clicking on malicious links or downloading infected attachments that installs malware. Smishing are text messages that aim to do the same thing as phishing emails. Vishing are voice calls or voice phishing.
